Please note pre-registered riders must come in person to pick up their packages as a hard copy Canadian Cycling Association waiver must be signed by each participant. You CAN NOT have someone else pick up your packet for you.

Same day registration will also be accepted on Sun. June 24 (event day) till 7:55 am under the registration tent located at the Sybase / iAnywhere parking lot.
Sun. June 23
7:00 am – 7:55 am
Parking for the 130 and 70 km riders will be allowed in the Sybase / iAnywhere building parking lot. The entrance is off Hagey Blvd – either just north of the traffic island on Hagey if you are traveling from Columbia or south if you are traveling from Bearinger.
NOTE: If you are a 70 km or 40 km rider and need to leave right after your ride ends then you should park at either the RIM parking lot off Hagey Blvd or the University of Waterloo parking across from Columbia Icefields Arena and Recreation Centre. This will allow you to leave the event easily.
No entrance will be allowed to the Sybase /iAnywhere parking lot off Wes Graham way on Sun. June 24 as the start/finish line is directly in front of this entrance and for safety reasons will be barricaded.
Please follow the parking signs/parking marshals.
Registration for new riders and check-in for those who pre-registered will be at:
- The registration tent in the Sybase / iAnywhere parking lot near the stage. Corner of Wes Graham Way and Hagey Blvd.

Mass Start rolling “neutral” 5km – start cycling!
